He is survived by : his son Jack; his parents, David Given and Carol Given of Hilton Head, SC; his wife Geri Given of Lafayette, CA; his sons, Jackson and Tucker Given of Emeryville, CA.; his sister Elizabeth Fodor; his brother-in-law William Fodor of Madison, CT.; his mother-in-law Barbara Zulli of Tampa, FL; his siblings-in-law, Pam Zulli of Tampa and Deneen Zulli of Orlando; his nephews, Ryan, Kevin and Cal; his niece Annie; and also Erin Langton. He is also survived by his classmates, co-workers and other friends.
