Linda Evans wrote a sympathy message

“Trudie, although I didn't get a chance to say goodbye, I hope you know how much your friendship meant to me. We've known each other since you at Bramalea/Lennar and me at First American/North American So well respected, so smart, so kind and your wit always well timed. Thank you for your support, knowledge and most of all, your friendship. You were our CHAMPION. The movies, lunches, dinners, King Tut, etc. - so much fun. I will truly miss you. Rest well my friend. My condolences. Linda Evans”
