He was predeceased by : his parents, Juan Pio Delferriel and Adelinda Lacle Delferriel. He is survived by : his wife Lynn Hake Delferriel of Lakeport; his sister Greta Sanchez Sacramento (Hiran); his daughters, Maria Milagro Ortiz (Jay) of Sacramento and Myrna Nelson (Joseph) of Sacramento; his stepchildren, Kevin Large (Liz) and Victoria Large (Pedro) of Lakeport; his grandchildren, Rocio Lefebre (Alex) of Sacramento, Rebecca Anderson of Sacramento, Brian Alexander of Sacramento, Sereana Johnston of Lakeport, Haylee Walters of Lakeport and Pedro Mendoza, Jr of Lakeport; and his nephews, Hiran Sanchez, Jr. (Roxane) of Sacramento and Fidel Sanchez (Mary) of Sacramento.

He put up a great fight with Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson's, setting an example on how to make the best of all trials the Lord presented to him.
