She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Scott and Leola Scott; her sister Lynette Scott Brown; and her boyfriend Dennis Ferguson. She is survived by: her son Aaron Ferguson (Karen); her grandchildren, Avery and Addison Ferguson; her daughter-in-law Eunique Ferguson; her brother Zachary Scott (Corinna); her sister-in-law Lonia Cornelious; her sibling's children, Zachary Scott Jr., Roman Brown, Zachary Scott II, Mose Scott and Amber Brown; and her great-nephews, Amar'e Campbell and Marcus Scott.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home (14165 Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Vineyard Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park (14165 Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240).
She continued to honor her mother's contribution to education by providing a scholarship to deserving students each year.
