He is survived by: his sister Aunt; and his children, Ronald K. Simpkins of Tulare, Rhonda N. Dickey (Patrick) of Lindsay and Randy A. Simpkins (Valda) of Chowchilla. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
