He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Day and Virginia Day; and his nephew Robert Noel. He is survived by: his siblings, David (Patsy), Jeff (Vickey), Don and Diane Hancock (Eric). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
