He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lorenzo Stevens and Elizabeth Allen Stevens; his siblings, Edwin Stevens and Eleanor Edwards; his brother-in-law Col. Charles Edwards; his nephew Michael Edwards; and his friends, Al Walker, Joe Valencia and Dick Jacoby.
He is survived by: his former wife MaryAnn Perry; his wife Judy; his son Scott Stevens, MD; his daughter-in-law Lisa Palmieri Stevens, MD; his granddaughter Cathryn Stevens of Sandy, Utah; his brother Ray of Wilmington; and his sister-in-law Donna Stevens of Kenosha.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to the Lompoc Mural Society or charity of your choice or perform a random act of kindness as a tribute.
