He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gladys Hayes and Collins Hayes; his wife Janice Malia Hayes; his children, Shauna Shell (Dale), Vickie O'Neal (Bob), Sheri Hayes (Denis), Jerry Don Hayes (Brenda) and Craig Conner (Andrea); his grandchildren, JD, Joshua, Daniel, Christopher, Nathan, Sarah, Jordan, Dale, Haylea, Kara, Blair, Brinton, Ashley, Krystin and Alexis; and his daughter Shelly (Eric Hensley).
