He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Herman and Joan Herman; and his daughter Julia Scott. He is survived by: his wife Janie Herman; his sister Patty Jewell; his daughter Kay Pinnell (Pat); his grandchildren, Nicole Nelson (Chester), Rebecca Pinnell, Lori Tatick (Russ), Lisa Scott and Brody Scott; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Naomi Nelson and Charlie Tatick. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
