He was predeceased by: his wife Ada Jean O'Guin (Doornbos); his parents, Lillie R. Jones and Charles E. O'Guin; his siblings, Charles E. O'Guin, Gary O'Guin, Dorthey J. La Rossa (O'Guin) and Sharon R. McCreary (Cole); and his son-in-law Lawrence Kanui Moiha.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce F. Moiha (O'Guin), Jill A. O'Guin and James N. O'Guin; and his grandsons, Lawrence James Kanui (Momi Moiha) and Justin Kama Moiha. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
