He was predeceased by: his parents, James Scott and Ruth Scott. He is survived by: his brother Phillip Scott of Fort Worth; and his children, Ronald Scott of Hermosa Beach, Jim Scott of Goleta and Gina Phelps of Lompoc. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
