He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederico Turri (Fred) and Lidia Turri; his siblings, Frank Turri and Elsie Clarke; and his nephew Robert "Bobby" Gobbo.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Turri; his children, John Turri (LouAnn), James Turri Jr. (Bernard Ramos) and Katherine Singleton; his grandchildren, Jesseca Dykstra (Lucas), Joshua Turri (Sarah), Skyler Turri (Matthew Varpness) and Gareth Turri; his great grandchildren, Ezekiel, Corbin, Makenzie Turri, Colt Dykstra and Amelie Varpness; and his stepchildren, B. J. Marsh (Jeannie), Gail Gower (Duane), Lynn Murga Misha Mendicino (Michael) and Rodney Marsh. He is also survived by 12 step grandchildren and 14 step great grandchildren.
