He is survived by: his wife Francisca of Lompoc; his children, Raymond (Fhely) of Fremont, Kevin of Buellton and Deadra Deyell (Simon) of Florida; his stepsons, Steven Hoover of Japan, Joshua Hoover of Lompoc, Matthew Hoover of Washington and Glen Hoover of Washington, DC; his grandchildren, Anthony Ray Vieweg of Washington, Daniel-Paul Vieweg of Phoenix and Paige Deyell of Florida; his stepgrandchildren, Hayley Hoover of Lompoc, Chloe Hoover of Lompoc and Nikolai Hoover of Lompoc; and his half-siblings, Dennis Wise of Rio Linda and Lisa Vieweg.
