She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kaufman and Francis Kaufman. She is survived by: her spouse Seward F. Heckaman; her children, Dorothy Gillespie (Gene), David Heckaman (Sonja) and Dirk Heckaman; and her grandchildren, Marilyn Porter, Kristy Tighe, Allen Gillespie, Aaron Heckaman, Aidan Heckaman, Illia Heckaman, Tristan Heckaman, Dan Heckaman, Desiree Odenbrett, Jennifer Jenkins and Jeremy Heckaman. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
