He is survived by: his wife Emelita M. Lizama; his son Joseph (Jackie); his grandchildren, Ashlee, Anabella, Arianna and Alexandria; his daughter Virginia Lizama; his grandchildren, Tyler, Alexis, Jacob (Bella) and Joshua; his daughter Melissa (Anthony Sciacca); his grandchildren, Iolani (Cody Kleen), Anthony, MichaelAnthony and Kiana Isabella; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah Harper, Eleanor Kleen and Lilah Mae Kuhlman; his sister Teresa Pendon; and his sister-in-law Dorothy. He is also survived by the many extended family members and friends.
