With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Milligan (Lompoc, California), born in Carpinteria, California, who passed away on April 20, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph S. Milligan and Juanita Henry; his stepfather Aaron Henry; his siblings, Robert, Kenneth, Elinor Milligan Bewley and Bonnie Milligan Gray; and his nephew Steven Bewley.

He is survived by : his wife Alice; and his nieces and nephews, Debra Gray McCormick, Tyler Perry, Norman Perry, George Perry (Paloma), Michael George, Dan George (Donna), James George (Delcie), Genevieve Perry Sweet, Lenore Thompson (Rick), Karen Elam (Dennis), Noreen Tilton (Mark) and Linda Fazzari (Joe).
