She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Jones McElroy and Jimmie McElroy; her husband Edward James; her children, Edward James Parker, Jr. (Eddie), Jimmie Lionel Parker and Ridonia Selena Parker; her great grandchild Aubrey Marie Livingston; and her brothers, Jimmie McElroy (Sonny) and Buddy McElroy.
She is survived by: her children, Stanley Leon Parker, Tira Ann Parker Pittman, Diana Marie Parker and Sharon Michele Parker-Gill; and her nieces, Shelly McElroy King and Dorothy McElroy. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
