He was predeceased by: his grandfather Floyd Mullins. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Martin and Sharry Martin; his wife Kimberly; his sons, Tyson and Aiden; his sister Amanda Blevins (Brian); and his grandparents, Vonda Jewell Martin, Marion Martin and Norma Mullins. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Because of COVID-19 restrictions, celebration of life services will be determined at a later time.
