He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace H. Rogers Sr. and Virginia Rogers (Graham); and his brother Ralph James Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Kristin Rogers (Barr) of Lompoc, CA.; his daughter Stacey; his son-in-law Mark Hamamura of Mission Viejo, CA.; his daughter Kelley Rogers of Great Mills, MD.; his sister Linda; and his brother-in-law Ron Sommer of Fort Collins, CO.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
