He is survived by: his wife Donna Bazzell; his son Alex Bazzell; his mother Helen Bazzell; and his siblings, Karen Bazzell, Gary Bazzell (Nina) and Keith Bazzell (Kristen). He is also survived by eight nephews and nieces, and six grand nephews and nieces.
