He was predeceased by : his father Ralph E. Person; and his grandmother Mae Mott. He is survived by : his mother Rosalie Person; his brothers, Garrett Person and Derek Person; and his sister-in-law Jessica Person. He is also survived by his nephew and niece.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Irving's name to The Humane Society of Silicon Valley would be preferred.
