She is survived by: her daughter Gail Nishina Sharp (Merle); her grandsons, Steven (Bishnu) and Ryan Sharp; her great grandchild Hana Sharp; her siblings, Ichiro (Marcia), Hideo Kikumoto, Etsuko Nakano, Yasuko Nakahara and Shigeko Hirai; and her sister-in-law Yayeko Nishina. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
