He is survived by: his wife Dr. Deborah Owens of Women's Ministry; and his children, David and Charisma Owens. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the Union Chappel (8201 Harris St, Fulshear, TX 77441). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at the same location.
