He is survived by: his parents, Raymundo Rubio Alvarez and Rita Salcido Chavez; his children, Benjamin and Ariana; his stepmother Melva; his fiancé Maricela; his stepsons, Moses and Lorenzo; and his siblings, Manuel, Eric, Claudia, Miriam and Nayeli. He is also survived by his brother in law, sister in laws, multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
