He is survived by: his mother Anna M. Miller-Holder; his daughters, Nicole Schulke (Don) and Tabitha McDougal (Wayne); and his siblings, Bessie Santos, Annie Cain (Arnold), Brenda Sousa (Bob) and Floyd Holder (Denise). He is also survived by four grandsons, three granddaughters and five great-grandsons.
