He was predeceased by: his siblings, Virginia Clark and James Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his sons, Mark Thompson (Kathy) of Nevada and Kevin Thompson (Nena) of Lathrop; his grandchildren, Kyle Thompson (Katey) of Sacramento, Nicole Plimley (Brian) of Canada, Jacque Sanchez of Modesto and Erica Sanchez of San Francisco; his great grandchildren, Arlyn Thompson and Ansel Jonah Plimley; and his sister Dolores Clark of Manteca.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, the services are limited to family.
