He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Mendonca and Evelyn Mendonca; and his brothers, Frank Mendonca Jr. and Ernie Mendonca. He is survived by : his wife Velma Mendonca; his brother Anthony Mendonca; and his children, Roxanne Azevedo (John), Renee Costello (Patrick) and Kevin Mendonca (Misty).
