He was predeceased by : his children, Linda, Regina, Charles and Victor; and his wife Mary Martinez.

He is survived by : his children, Juanita Hernandez (Jose), Richard Martinez (Mary), John Martinez (Penni), Steven Martinez and Joseph Griffith; and his sisters, Madeline Diaz and Dolores Perez. He is also survived by his sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Due to COVID19 all services will be private.
