He was predeceased by : his parents, Mildred and Perry; and his siblings, Pete and Hilda. He is survived by : his wife Janet; his stepsons, Joel and Jason Fitzwater; his son Ryan Rathbun; his stepdaughter Monique Matlack; his sisters, Anita (New York) and Helen (Florida); his niece Tammy Clarke (Hesperia); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shannon, Janel and Rich. He is also survived by many other nephews, nieces, cousins and lifelong friends.
