Cassady, Sr.; her husband Neal Middleton of Martinez, California; her children, David Cassady (Hedy) of Florida, Duane Cassady (Claire) of Texas, Matthew Cassady of Florida and Beverly Sechrest (Craig) of Colorado; her stepsons, Dan Middleton (Linda) of California and Roger Middleton (Kimberly) of Florida; her sisters, Lavina Shaffer of Lucasville, Ohio and Janet Conley of Cincinnati; and her grandchildren, Melissa, Kevi, Joshua, Danielle, Kyle, Brian and Nicholas.
