He was predeceased by : his wife Lois Higley. He is survived by : his children, Charles Higley, Eugenia Gregory (Harold), Martin Higley (Connie) and Stephanie Humphreys (Bill); and his sister Dorene Rue. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
