He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Adrienne Garvin and Frank Garvin; his children, David Edward (Carol Joan), Valerie (Mark), Victoria (Rudi) and Timothy; and his siblings, Grove (Kate), Gary and Adrienne. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and cousins.
