He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Penner and Helena Penner; his wife Teri Penner; and his brother Glen Penner. He is survived by: his son Jeremy Penner (Kelly) of Merced; his grandchildren, Reilly and Tatum; his stepson Jeffrey Del Dotto of Merced; and his siblings, Esther Nielsen (Gary) of Reno and Hank Penner (Bonnie) of Merced.
