He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison and Jane of West Virginia; his former wife Carol June Webb; and his siblings, Goldie Osbourn of Cleveland, Ohio, Aden Webb and Roy Webb of West Virginia.
He is survived by: his siblings, Basil William (Bill) of Atwater, Troy Webb of Cleveland and Mary Jarrell of West Virginia; his children, Cheryl Basko, Cynthia Pichler, Charles A. Webb Jr. (Kris) and Cathy Creter; his grandchildren, Mark Pichler, Zach Pichler, Caroline Basko, Cathryn Basko, Destiney Miller, Shana Szalay, Kaity Webb, Lindsey Patterson, Russell Creter, Megan Beeke and Carol June Creter; his wife Janiece Webb; his stepchildren, Deanna Allen, Daniel Allen and Dana; and his grandchildren, Melissa Bryan, Shannon Nicole Woods, Caleb Allen (Lidia), Wesley Allen (Sarah), Nathan Allen (Melissa) of Merced, Lyndsey Griffith (John) of Atwater, CA., Samuel Allen and Zackery Allen of Winton, CA. He is also survived by 8 great- grandchildren.
