He is survived by: his mother Sara Jenny Daniel; his former wife Mary Leverett; his children, Lindsay Padron-Villanueva (Robert), Nicole Perez (Jose), Courtney Leverett, Brianna Simi (Tyler), Kimberly Padron (Fernando), Christopher Gutierrez and Madison Padron; and his siblings, Eduardo Padron, Manuel Padron, Angel Daniel, Joe Daniel, Terry Torres, Linda Daniel and Sara Daniel. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren.
