Cervantes Hernandez; his children, Sandra Medeiros (Shelby), Carol Freitas (Richard), Martin Hernandez and Jesse Hernandez Jr.; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Victor), James, Jordan, Christopher and Justin (Alaina); his sister Mary Sapien; and his great grandchildren, Emi, Mateo and Tristan. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
