He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Italian and Carola; his brother August; his wife Rita; his daughter Julie Sandino; his son-in-law Rusty Areias; his grandchildren, Alexis and Austin of Walnut Grove; his son David Sandino; and his daughter-in-law Georgina Valencia of Davis.
