It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Michael Zirnhelt (Merced, California), who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Zirnhelt and Ivadell Zirnhelt; and his siblings-in-law, Lyle Owens, Gregory Prine and Lori Mendonca.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Zirnhelt; his children, Andrea Zirnhelt (Daniel Million), Jamie Zirnhelt (Eric Butler) and Patrick Zirnhelt (Merissa Zirnhelt); his grandchildren, Karsyn Zirnhelt, Karley Zirnhelt, Jazmyn Zirnhelt, Madalynn Butler, Jason Wissert and Along; and his siblings, Kathy Owens and Richard Zirnhelt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
