He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney and Maude; and his siblings, Sydney, Opal, Ava, Tom, Mabel and Erma.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Johnson (McKim); and his brothers, Clarence (Jonni), Mel (Judy) and Jim. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and four great grandchildren along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a celebration of life will be held at a future date.
