He is survived by: his father Pablo Alvarez Saenz; his wife Rose Alvarez; his children, David, Steven (Carmen), Naomi (Tino), Rene (Tannia), Monique (Luis) and Kimberly (Earzel); and his siblings, Saul Alvarez, Hilda Fernandez, Ninfa Ortiz, Lupe Torres (Guadalupe) and Hermina Macias. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
