She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. John T. Platt; and her brother Vernon Miller. She is survived by: her stepchildren, John L. Platt and Jerelyn L. Cady; and her sisters, Judy Uzell and Laurel Fancher. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
