“I had the privilege of working with Andy and Carmen when we both missionaries in Mexico in the 1990’s. They did an incredible work at the Bible School in North East Mexico, training pastors and raising up the next generations of pastors, teachers and evangelist. He also envisioned and administered a successful rotating loan program to help churches build adequate buildings to grow the ministries. Andy and Carmen left a huge foot print in the ministry in Mexico and in my life. Ken Dahlager”
