We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2021, at the age of 86, Dorothy Withrow of Modesto, California, born in Newark, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her friends, Glenna Smith and Dee Corley; her stepfather Robert Badger; her father-in-law Charles Withrow (Chuck); her children, Jocelyn Borboa (Gilbert), Terrance Withrow (Christen) and Patrick Withrow (Kathy); and her brothers, Tom Badger (Cheryl) and Steve Badger (Dawn). She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many wonderful friends.

Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
