He was predeceased by: his former wife Sueno. He is survived by: his former wife Joan Yamasaki Ouye; and his children, Mary Ann Ouye, Robert Ouye Jr., Sue Crafts and Valerie Ouye. He is also survived by his parents, five brothers and two sisters.
