She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacobus "Jake" and Maria van Winden; her husband Louis G. Ruygt; her stepmother Wilhelmina Van Winden; her brother Adrian Van Winden; her daughter Lenny Ruygt; and her grandson Jeffrey Warrington.
She is survived by: her siblings, Peter Van Winden (Johanna), Jean Coyle and Tina Lloyd (Jim); her children, Marian Van Voast (Zachary), Jake Ruygt (April), Hans Ruygt, Helma Haines (Scott), Louis A. Ruygt (Elizabeth) and David Ostler; her grandchildren, Lainie, Wendy, Kimberley, Jennifer, Jessica, Andrea, Melissa, Megan and William; and her great grandchildren, Brandon and Cameron. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
