He was predeceased by: his father Pedro Lepe; and his sister Maria Hernandez. He is survived by: his mother Irene Lepe Soltero; his daughter Neva; and his siblings, Manuel Lepe, Liborio Lepe, Socorro Ramirez, Salvador Lepe, Ana Betha Ramirez and Alejandro Lepe.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duggan's Serra Mortuary (500 Westlake Ave, Daly City, CA 94014). A rosary will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (19 St Marys Ave, San Francisco, CA 94112). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (1500 Old Mission Rd, Colma, CA 94014).
