It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Nodes in Oceanside, California, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Roloson and Betty Roloson; and her husband David Nodes. She is survived by: her children, Becky Hutchins (Jim), Thomas (Leah), Dwight, Scott and Nancy Conkel (Gary); her grandchildren, David, Caroline, Sean, Haley, Carly and Cory; her great grandchild Adison; and her sisters, Jean Brenon and Esther Messerknecht of Ohio.
In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made in her name to the Friends Of The Library at San Diego library or a library in your own community.
