With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Smith of Oceanside, California, born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on November 13, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smith and Alice Smith. She is survived by: her siblings, Anne Marie Smith, Janette Smith of San Francisco, CA, Carol Moses (Bill) of Chandler, AZ, Faye Draper (Larry) of McKinney, TX, Matt Smith (Sue) of Omaha, NE and Bob Smith of Lincoln, NE. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
