He was predeceased by: his father Iupeli Amiatu. He is survived by: his wife Nicole; his children, Blake and Sydney; his pet Rambo; his siblings, Meafou Amiatu Saifoloi, Fololeni Uimoto Jerome, Maloa Matt Jerome, Filifili Amiatu and Tauipetipeti Amiatu Fanua; and his mother Fololeni Amiatu. He is also survived by loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and longtime friends.
