She is survived by: her children, Douglas Kubik of Kearny, AZ, Dawn Kubik of Oceanside, CA and Robert Kubik (Laura) of Menifee, CA; her grandson Jacob Kubik; and her siblings, George Sullivan (Elaine) of Carlsbad, CA, Mary Sullivan of Olean, NY, Helen Stollsteimer (Robert) of Akron, NY, Dolores Sullivan of Ramona, CA and Dennis Sullivan. She is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews, 36 great-nieces and nephews.
